I'm a grad student in geophysical fluid dynamics. I do research on turbulence in the Southern Ocean and how it spontaneously forms long, coherent jets.









My Name
comes from my grandfather who created it as a nickname. It is a combination of his first and middle names:

He was an engineer who invented safety equipment for mining.
